Almost there

I've been practicing side crow for a few months now and to be honest most of the time I just fall on my face :/ which makes me giggle and then I try again and fall on my face again! I've been focusing a lot more on upper body strength in my sequences and the other day I managed to get in to side crow and hold it for a few seconds.

In the photo you can see that my legs and feet need to come up a lot more but I'm just so chuffed to have gotten up there. I'm also aware that there are a gazilion blogs and instagram accounts with people executing perfect yoga poses so maybe this can be refreshing, I'm certainly not perfect and there are a lot of poses I can't do properly or at all but I'm learning and enjoying these small moments when you just get your feet off the ground. xo
